ARTHUR J. KAUFMAN - PRESIDENT

Arthur is the founder and President of the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. which had its beginning in 1965.

From 1961 to 1964 Arthur was employed by the Maryland Cup Corp. (Sweetheart) as a Territorial Manager.

For a period subsequent to the beginning of his sales company, Arthur was National Director of Sales for the Constellation Hygea Co. located in Bronx, NY, a converter of paper cups, beverage straws and portion cups. During this period, Arthur's twin brother, Allan, became employed by Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. As a consequence of the sale of Constellation Hygea's assets to Maryland Cup, Arthur rejoined the company on a full time basis in 1966.

Together the Kaufman brothers have labored diligently to build a highly viable organization specializing in disposable food service packaging products. They have continued to invest and reinvest in people, physical facility and computerization thus allowing the Company to attain its current position in the industry.

Arthur resides in Warwick, Rhode Island.

ALLAN J. KAUFMAN - VICE PRESIDENT

Allan serves as Vice President in the management team of the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Company. He has been a part of the firm from very early on and shares totally in the dedication and commitment to have his organization excel in the marketplace. Allan has served the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. in the early development of its presence in the Connecticut, northern New England, central and western Massachusetts, and New York State markets.

Currently, Allan acts in the capacity of liaison to several major principals of the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. and is responsible for sourcing additional principals to represent and developing new programs to market. In addition, Allan services several key accounts.

Allan resides in Jamaica Plain, MA.

KENNETH T. McAULIFFE - MARKETING & SALES MANAGER

Ken has been employed by the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. since 1985 and served as New England Sales Manager prior to attaining his current position.

Ken has been in the food service packaging industry since 1973. He was employed by the Maryland Cup Corp./Sweetheart Plastics for twelve years initially as a Territorial Manager and subsequently as District Sales Manager and Regional Director of Sales.

In addition to his management responsibilities, Ken serves several key distributors in the greater Boston market.

Ken resides in Walpole, MA.

DONALD M. BARBER

  Don has been employed as our sales person in northern New England since 1989. He has been associated with our industry for thirty-five years having been a pioneer in the development of and marketing food service packaging programs for chain accounts while employed by Sugarman Bros. in the 1960s. Don also worked with the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. in the early 1970s, and in addition has served in management positions with several course paper merchants, Salem Paper Company, Quality Paper Company, and Perkins Paper. Don resides in Salem, MA.

DANIEL J. BUTTS

  Dan became associated with the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. in 1987. Prior to that he was employed by Sweetheart for three years and worked as part of the brokerage firm that marketed products converted by Nyman Mfg. Co. Dan's sales efforts are concentrated in the Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts and central Massachusetts markets. Dan resides in Barrington, RI.

ANTHONY GIMILARO

  Tony has been employed by the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. since 1986. From 1978 to 1985 he held positions as Territorial Manager and District Sales Manager for Sweetheart and Fort Howard Paper Co. Tony is responsible for the area encompassing the State of Connecticut and western Massachusetts. Tony resides in W. Hartford, CT.

PAT CASSETTA

  Pat joined Kaufman Sales in the summer of 2002. Pat has held various positions at other agencies over the last 40 years. Pat knows the food service business extremely well and has a major understanding of the packer processor segment of the food industry. Pat is married and lives in West Springfield, MA. Pat concentrates his efforts in the Western MA, Central CT and Southern New Hampshire territory.

DREW MCAULIFFE

  Drew McAuliffe has joined the Kaufman Sales Team in the capacity of Junior sales person and End User person. Drew's duties will be to call on designated areas of the territory as well as defined accounts to penetrate our Manufacture's products. Drew will also assist at trade shows and help the sales team in all functions related to selling the products we represent. Drew resides in Woonsocket, RI with his wife Kate and her 2 daughters.

TIMOTHY COLLINS

  Tim Collins joined the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. in 1993. He was previously employed as a Manufacturers Representative in eastern New York State and also served in various managerial capacities with Genpak Corporation and Mammouth Plastics, divisions of Innopac Company. Tim's primary responsibility is managing the New York sales pool and calling on accounts in eastern New York State. He and his family reside in Glens Falls, NY.

KEVIN TALTY

  In February 1994 Kevin Talty joined Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. as Sales Representative covering accounts in western New York State. Kevin has an excellent knowledge of the disposable food service packaging industry as well as the distribution business. He previously was employed by a major paper distributor in Buffalo, NY where his position was that of Sales Manager. Kevin's primary responsibility is covering accounts in central New York State. Kevin and his family resides in Ithaca, NY.

JOSEPH BIFULCO

  Joe joined the Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. as a Sales Representative in the New York State pool in April 1997. Joe has worked in this area for a manufacturers representative in a non-related industry, and for the last two years has been a field representative for a major paper distributor in Buffalo, NY. Joe's primary responsibility is covering accounts in western New York State. He and his family reside in West Seneca, NY.

  Debby is Manager of the Kaufman Sales Customer Service Dept. Debby initially joined us in 1990 working with an affiliate company of Kaufman Sales . In addition to Customer Service duties, Debby is responsible for the coordination of special projects with several of our principals.

  Lisa is Assistant Customer Service Manager of AJK Sales. Lisa joined Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. in 1993 performing various sales support services as well as secretarial duties for our Sales Force. In January 1996 Lisa became a member of the Customer Service Dept. handling accounts in the northern New England and Metropolitan Boston trading areas.

KATHREN ROBINSON

  Kathy joined the Kaufman Sales Customer Service Department in 1998. Prior to Kaufman Sales, she had ten plus years experience working previously for a grocery distributor. She is responsible for accounts in southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

MARY BROPHY

  Mary Brophy started with Kaufman Sales in April 1996 upon graduating from Katharine Gibbs, a secretarial/business school. After a year of support to our Customer Service Department, Mary became the receptionist in October of 2002. Mary now prepares bids and contracts for the entire territory.

  Suzie joined the Customer Service Department of Kaufman Sales in 1998. Prior to working with us, she had nine years experience in management and customer service. Suzie is responsible for accounts in our New York territory.

ANNE NENCKA

  Anne joined the Kaufman Sales team as Administrative
Assistant in August 2002. Anne possesses an extensive background in office systems, various software programs, and strong communication skills. Anne audits invoices and is our receptionist.

VIRGINIA MUNOZ

  Virginia joined the Kaufman Sales organization as an Administrative Assistant in August 2004. Virginia's background is in office systems and multiple software programs. She is responsible for invoice and credit data entry, sales books, literature and back up to the receptionist. Virginia will be training in Fall 2005 in Customer Service as back up.

  Sonia joined the Kaufman Sales team in July 2005 as Office Clerk. She has varied administrative responsibilities possessing a solid background in credit collections, data entry, computer operations, and customer service. Sonia is also trilingual - fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She will also back up the receptionist.
